The Hallmark Building is our vision for restoring vitality to a key stretch of West Dundee’s Main Street — reintroducing architectural presence and curated uses to a block face long defined by what was lost.
This concept was developed in response to the Village of West Dundee’s RFP for the site at 108–110 W. Main Street, once home to the historic C.F. Hall Department Store before it was lost to fire.
Our goal? To honor that history with a new infill building that brings back Main Street energy — thoughtfully scaled, contextually designed, and ready to serve as a cornerstone for downtown’s future.
