When we redeveloped 120 W Main, we knew lodging alone wasn’t enough to make the building a true downtown destination.
To fully activate the ground floor of this historic property, we needed a bold, complementary use — one that would attract locals, delight guests of Sinclair Suites, and bring new energy to West Dundee’s dining scene.
That’s how El Pato Loco was born: a chef‑driven Mexican restaurant designed to pair perfectly with the Sinclair Suites lodging experience while adding vibrancy to Main Street.
This wasn’t just about leasing space. It was about curating the right concept for the right place — an approach we take with every mixed‑use project.
