 This 30,000 SF development in downtown Palatine combined restaurant, office, and retail uses into a single planned unit project. Negotiated through a public-private partnership, the redevelopment leveraged TIF support and private equity to deliver a multi-level complex that serves as both a dining destination and professional hub.
