With Sinclair Suites, we set out to do more than restore another Main Street building — we wanted to create a downtown destination that combined hospitality with culinary excellence.
The property at 120 W Main had all the hallmarks of a classic Dundee building: historic brickwork, strong street presence, and incredible potential — but it needed new purpose.
Our vision transformed it into Sinclair Suites, a boutique lodging experience complemented by El Pato Loco, a chef‑driven Mexican restaurant that quickly became a local favorite.
Sinclair Suites is proof that hospitality and food‑driven retail can anchor revitalization, turning a once‑tired property into a cornerstone for West Dundee’s growing downtown.
