Emmett’s Brewing Co. transformed a neglected 19th-century Main Street structure into a vibrant, 16,000 SF destination brewery and restaurant. This adaptive reuse project preserved the building’s historic charm while introducing a full-service brewpub that attracts locals and visitors alike, establishing a cornerstone for downtown revitalization.
